All cakes are made to order and require full payment in advance
We need 48 Hours notice for any changes or cancellations to your order.
Any cancellations are returned as a store credit voucher.
If you do need to change the date or time, we will always help if we can but can't guarantee it if were fully booked.
Any changes to your order cannot be made via email. please call the shop directly or pop in and see us.
If someone else is collecting the cake, please ensure they send a picture of the cake to make sure you are happy with it before it leaves the shop.
No receipt is required for collection, just quote the name on the booking not the name on the cake.
We are unable to guarantee that cakes are made in a completely allergy safe environment, and therefore may contain traces of the 14 main allergens
